INC (the “Company”) (NASDAQ: YDDL), a waste materials and scrap metal recycling company in the Philippines, today announced the closing of its initial public offering (the “Offering”) of 2,000,000 class A ordinary shares, par value $0.0001 per share (“Class A Ordinary Shares”), at a public offering price of $5.00 per share to the public. The Company’s Class A Ordinary Shares began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on October 9, 2025, under the ticker symbol “YDDL.” The Company received aggregate gross proceeds of $10,000,000 from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and other offering expenses. In addition, the Company has granted a 30-day option to the underwriters to purchase up to 300,000 additional Class A Ordinary Shares at the offering price, representing 15% of the Class A Ordinary Shares sold in the Offering (the “Over-allotment”). Assuming that the Over-allotment is exercised in full, the Company is expected to receive gross proceeds amounting to $11.5 million before deducting underwriting discounts and other offering expenses.
