This increase results in an annualized dividend of $4.12 per share. The dividend is payable Feb. 14, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business Feb. 3, 2025. To date, ONEOK has repurchased 1.675 million shares of its outstanding common stock for $171.7 million with cash on hand.
