CHANTILLY, Va., Dec. 18, 2025 – Parsons Corporation (NYSE: PSN) has announced its selection for the U.S. Air Force Comprehensive Construction & Engineering Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). This significant contract has a ceiling value of $15 billion and aims to enhance the operational readiness and resilience of facilities under the U.S. Air Force and the Department of War.
Contract Overview
The MATOC is managed by the Air Force Civil Engineering Center (AFCEC). This contract features an initial ordering period of five years, with the possibility of extending for an additional five one-year options. Through this contract, Parsons will compete for various task orders aimed at:
- Design and construction management of new facilities
- Maintenance, renovation, and restoration of existing infrastructure
- Support for a wide range of projects related to airfields, utilities, and critical infrastructure
