Financial Highlights For the year ended December 31, 2024, net loss from continuing operations was $10.3 million, as compared to $41.9 million in the previous period, while adjusted EBITDA loss improved to $10.3 million for the year ended December 31, 2024, compared to $15.5 million in the previous year period.Net cash used in operations was $13.3 million for the year ended December 31, 2024, compared to $18.4 million for the year ended December 31, 2023.Fiscal year 2024 software and subscription bookings increased 232% over prior year.Cash and cash equivalents as of December 31, 2024 was $113.0 million, as compared to $3.9 million as of December 31, 2023. Recent Business Highlights Stephen Chen, former Chairperson of the Company's Board of Directors, assumed the role of interim CEO of Phunware, following the retirement of Michael Snavely.Appointed Quyen Du to the Board of Directors, a 25-year corporate strategy and development executive at Fortune 500 consumer brands to advance the Company’s new strategic growth initiatives.
