Singapore, Sept. 19, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Platinum Analytics Cayman Limited (the “Company” or “PLTS”), a software developer specializing in the provision of FX trading software development solutions, data analytics solutions and technology development solutions to financial institutions with a strategic focus on serving Asia and other emergent markets, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering (the “Offering”) of 2,000,000 Class A ordinary shares (the “Ordinary Shares”) at a public offering price of $4.00 per share for gross proceeds of $8,000,000, before deducting underwriting discounts and offering expenses. The Ordinary Shares have been approved for listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market and are expected to commence trading on September 19, 2025, under the ticker symbol “PLTS”. The Company has granted the underwriters an option, within 45 days from the closing date of the Offering, to purchase up to an additional 300,000 Ordinary Shares at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts, to cover the over-allotment option, if any. The Offering is expected to close on September 22, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. The Offering is being conducted on a firm commitment basis. Kingswood Capital Partners, LLC is acting as the bookrunner and representative of the underwriters for the Offering.
