(NYSE: RJF) (“Raymond James” or the “Company”) today announced the pricing of a registered underwritten public offering of (i) $650,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.900% senior notes due 2035 (the “2035 Notes”) and (ii) $850,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.650% senior notes due 2055 (the “2055 Notes” and, together with the 2035 Notes, the “Notes”). The 2035 Notes will bear interest at a rate of 4.900% per annum and will mature on September 11, 2035. The 2055 Notes will bear interest at a rate of 5.650% per annum and will mature on September 11, 2055. The net proceeds of the offering are expected to be used for general corporate purposes.
