Realty Income Announces Common Stock Dividend Increase of 1.5%

, /PRNewswire/ -- Realty Income Corporation (Realty Income, NYSE: O), The Monthly Dividend Company®, today announced it has declared an increase in the company's common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.268 per share from $0.264 per share. The dividend is payable on March 14, 2025, to stockholders of record as of March 3, 2025. This is the 129th dividend increase since Realty Income's listing on the NYSE in 1994. The new monthly dividend represents an annualized dividend amount of $3.216 per share as compared to the prior annualized dividend amount of $3.168 per share. 129th Common Stock Monthly Dividend Increase Declared by Realty Income "Realty Income's ability to consistently deliver monthly dividends that increase over time is a testament to the dynamic platform we have built," said Sumit Roy, Realty Income's President and Chief Executive Officer.
