Rich Sparkle Holdings Limited Announces Closing of Approximately $5 Million Initial Public Offering

July 09, 2025 16:30 ET | Source: Rich Sparkle Holdings Limited Hong Kong, July 09, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Rich Sparkle Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: ANPA) (the “Company”), a financial printing and corporate services provider which specializes in designing and printing high quality financial print materials in Hong Kong, today announced the closing of its initial public offering (“Offering”) of 1,250,000 ordinary shares at a public offering price of $4.00 per share, for total gross proceeds of $5 million to the Company before underwriting discounts and commissions. Proceeds from the Offering will be used for the incorporation of generative AI features into the Company’s service modules; the setting up of new branches and offices in the U.S. and to recruit suitable and appropriate staffs to support the Company’s expansion; potential strategic alliances with other industry players; and working capital and for other general corporate purposes. All of the Ordinary Shares are offered by the Company. The Offering closed on July 9, 2025 and the Ordinary Shares commenced trading on Nasdaq Capital Market on July 8, 2025 under the ticker symbol “ANPA.” The Company has granted the Underwriters an option to purchase up to 187,500 additional Ordinary Shares within 45 days of the effective date of the Company’s registration statement in relation to the Offering.
