(the “Company” or “Robot Consulting”), a Japanese platform service provider focusing on human resource solutions with an intention to expand into legal technology and the metaverse, today announces that on February 12, 2025, it publicly filed a registration statement on Form F-1 (the “Registration Statement”) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) relating to a proposed initial public offering (the “Proposed Offering”) of its American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”). The number of ADSs to be offered and their pricing have not yet been determined.
