Management excludes from these measures stock-based compensation, restructuring, acquisition and integration expenses, impairment charges, amortization charges and other unusual or infrequent items, as adjusted for taxes, as more fully described below. Management excludes these items principally because such charges or benefits are not directly related to the Company's ongoing core business operations.
