Scienture Holdings, Inc. Announces Pricing of $3.9 Million Registered Direct Offering of Common Stock

Commack, NY, Aug. 14, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Scienture Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: SCNX) (“Scienture” or the “Company”), a holding company for existing and planned pharmaceutical operating companies focused on providing enhanced value to patients, physicians and caregivers through developing, bringing to market, and distributing novel specialty products to satisfy unmet market needs, today announced that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement with certain institutional investors to purchase 3,225,000 shares of common stock at an offering price of $1.20 per share, in a registered direct offering. The gross proceeds for the offering are expected to be approximately $3.9 million before deducting placement agent fees and other offering expenses. This offering is expected to close on August 15, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. Maxim Group LLC is acting as sole placement agent in connection with the offering.
