SIGA Declares Special Cash Dividend of $0.60 Per Share

(SIGA) (Nasdaq: SIGA), a commercial-stage pharmaceutical company, today announced that its board of directors declared a special cash dividend of $0.60 per share on the company’s common stock. This represents the fourth straight year of a special cash dividend. The amount of the dividend declared is consistent with the level of the dividend declared in March 2024.
