Stifel Reports First Quarter 2025 Results

(NYSE: SF) today reported net revenues of $1.26 billion for the three months ended March 31, 2025, compared with $1.16 billion a year ago. Net income available to common shareholders was $43.7 million, or $0.39 per diluted common share, compared with $154.3 million, or $1.40 per diluted common share for the first quarter of 2024. Non-GAAP net income available to common shareholders was $54.2 million, or $0.49 per diluted common share for the first quarter of 2025. Ronald J. Kruszewski, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, said “Our net revenue of $1.26 billion marks the highest first-quarter revenue in our history, with year-over-year growth across all revenue lines.
