(NASDAQ:GPCR), a clinical-stage global biopharmaceutical company developing novel oral small molecule therapeutics for metabolic diseases, with a focus on obesity, today announced the commencement of a proposed underwritten public offering, subject to market and other conditions, to issue and sell $500 million of American depositary shares (ADSs), each representing three ordinary shares, or for certain investors that so choose, in lieu of ADSs, pre-funded warrants to purchase ordinary shares, represented by ADSs. All securities are being offered by Structure Therapeutics.
In connection with the proposed offering, Structure Therapeutics expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $75 million of ADSs (or pre-funded warrants in lieu of ADSs).
