In this role, Wilson has oversight of local leadership to support management and growth of these regions. Wilson has over 25 years of financial services experience including leadership roles in commercial and private banking, wealth management, private equity, and family office. His most recent experiences were as CEO and Executive Director of a private equity firm and a family office responsible for leading ongoing growth of the organization. Prior to that, Wilson had Regional President responsibilities at a regional bank overseeing 19 markets across Arizona, California, Colorado, and Wyoming. Throughout his banking career Wilson has held progressively responsible positions at national and regional banks leading relationship-focused teams spanning multiples lines of business. Wilson is based at Sunflower Bank’s Scottsdale, AZ, location.
