(NYSE: TE) (“T1,” “T1 Energy,” or the “Company”) supports the recent announcement that the U.S. Secretary of Commerce will initiate an investigation under Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962 into the use of foreign-sourced polysilicon and polysilicon derivatives.
