(the "Offeror"), has commenced a cash tender offer (the "Offer") to purchase any and all of the Offeror's outstanding 5.875% Senior Notes due 2027 (the "Notes"). The Offer is made pursuant to an Offer to Purchase and a related Notice of Guaranteed Delivery, each dated November 3, 2025, which set forth the complete terms and conditions of the Offer.
