, /PRNewswire/ -- Taylor Morrison Home Corporation (NYSE: TMHC) ("TMHC") today announced that the cash tender offer (the "Offer"), commenced on November 3, 2025, by its wholly owned subsidiary, Taylor Morrison Communities, Inc. (the "Offeror"), to purchase any and all of the Offeror's outstanding 5.875% Senior Notes due 2027 (the "Notes"), expired at 5:00 p.m. New York City time on November 7, 2025 (the "Expiration Time"). According to D.F. King & Co., Inc., the tender and information agent for the Offer, valid tenders had been received at the expiration of the Offer in the amount and percentage set forth in the table below.
