Mr. McVey was CEO of Procon Mining & Tunnelling, a prominent underground development contractor, from 2015 – 2024. Mr. McVey has an extensive background in engineering and construction having spent 15 years in the Bechtel organization in a variety of roles including Mining & Metals Country Manager for Canada and President of Bantrel. Mr. McVey has B.A.Sc. and M.A.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and is a licensed professional engineer in Ontario and Alberta.
