(NASDAQ:UG) announced today that the company's Board of Directors, at its meeting on January 27, 2025, declared a cash dividend of $0.35 per share, to be paid on February 18, 2025, to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 10, 2025. This will be the 30th consecutive year that the company has paid a dividend.
