New York, Nov. 04, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Univest Securities, LLC (“Univest”), a member of FINRA and SIPC, and a full-service investment bank and securities broker-dealer firm based in New York, today announced the closing of a registered direct offering (the “Offering”) of approximately $4.2 million for its client Boqii Holding Limited (NYSE: BQ) (the “Company” or “Boqii”), a leading pet-focused platform in China. Under the terms of the securities purchase agreement, the Company has agreed to sell to certain investors an aggregate of 1,500,000 of the Company’s Class A ordinary share, par value $0.16 per share (the “Shares”)(or pre-funded warrants in lieu thereof) at a purchase price of $2.80 per share in a registered direct offering. The purchase price for the pre-funded warrants is identical to the purchase price for Shares, less the exercise price of $0.16 per share. The aggregate gross proceeds to the Company were approximately $4.2 million. Univest Securities, LLC acted as the sole placement agent.
