1. UTime Limited will execute a 1-for-100 reverse stock split on November 21, 2025.
2. The reverse split aims to comply with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement.
3. UTime intends to position for long-term growth and attract institutional investors.
While reverse splits often signal distress, they can rejuvenate investor confidence. Historical examples show stocks frequently rebound post-split if strategic changes align with growth narratives.
How important is it?
This splits adjustment indicates active corporate governance and potential plan for recovery. Compliance with Nasdaq could positively influence UTime's market perception.
Why Short Term?
Immediate price adjustment expected post-split might attract short-term trading interest. However, long-term impact depends on business execution and market conditions.
