The Offering closed on June 13, 2025 and the Company’s Class A Ordinary Shares began trading on the NYSE American on June 12, 2025, under the symbol “VNTG”. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 487,500 Common Shares at the public offering price per share to cover over-allotments, if any. Network 1 Financial Securities, Inc., a full-service broker/dealer, acted as the sole managing underwriter and bookrunner for the initial public offering.
