VEON Progresses in Kyivstar Group's Nasdaq Listing with the Public Filing of Registration Statement on Form F-4

(Nasdaq: VEON) (“VEON”), a global digital operator, announces the public filing of a registration statement on Form F-4 (the “Registration Statement”) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) in connection with the listing of Kyivstar Group Ltd.
