Second Quarter 2025 Highlights Total net revenues for the second quarter of 2025 were RMB25.8 billion (US$3.6 billion), compared with RMB26.9 billion in the prior year period. GMV[1] for the second quarter of 2025 increased by 1.7% year over year to RMB51.4 billion from  RMB50.6 billion in the prior year period. GROSS PROFIT Gross profit for the second quarter of 2025 was RMB6.1 billion (US$845.2 million), compared with RMB6.3 billion in the prior year period. Gross margin for the second quarter of 2025 was 23.5%, compared with 23.6% in the prior year period. OPERATING EXPENSES Total operating expenses for the second quarter of 2025 increased by 6.3% year over year to RMB4.6 billion (US$637.0 million) from RMB4.3 billion in the prior year period. As a percentage of total net revenues, total operating expenses for the second quarter of 2025 were 17.7%, compared with 16.0% in the prior year period.
