(NASDAQ:VIVK) ("Vivakor" or the "Company"), an integrated provider of energy transportation, storage, reuse, and remediation services today announced that it has reset the payment date of its previously announced special dividend to Vivakor shareholders to April 30, 2026.
The payment date adjustment is intended to allow the Company sufficient time to complete required filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Comission in connection with the consummation of the special dividend. The filing process was impacted by delays associated with the recent government shutdown.
