Volt Lithium Announces Shareholder Approval of Name Change and Results of Its 2025 Annual and Special Meeting

CALGARY, Alberta--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Volt Lithium Corp. (TSXV: VLT) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that shareholders approved the company name change to “LibertyStream Infrastructure Partners Inc.” (the “Name Change”) at the annual and special meeting of shareholders of the Company held today, June 18, 2025 (the “Meeting”). The Name Change and rebrand was proposed as part of the Company’s ongoing strategy to partner with key oilfield infrastructure players in the US to extract lithium, a valuable critical mineral, from the significant streams of produced water associated with oil and gas production. The Company has filed with the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”) a notice of name change to “LibertyStream Infrastructure Partners Inc.” As part of the Name Change, once required regulatory approvals are provided, the Company will commence trading on the TSXV under the new symbol “LIB”. The Company will advise the market of the new trading date and confirmed symbol once advised by the TSXV.
