, /PRNewswire/ -- Today Western Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: WES) ("WES" or the "Partnership") announced that the board of directors of its general partner declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.910 per unit for the second quarter of 2025, or $3.64 per unit on an annualized basis, which is in-line with the prior quarter's distribution. WES's second-quarter 2025 distribution is payable on August 14, 2025, to unitholders of record at the close of business on August 1, 2025. The Partnership plans to report its second-quarter 2025 results after market close on Wednesday, August 6, 2025. Management will host a conference call on Thursday, August 7, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Central (10:00 a.m. Eastern) to discuss the Partnership's quarterly results.
