IMNN-001 MRD/ctDNA gains bolster OVATION 3 ovarian cancer program
Imunon reports early MRD and ctDNA improvements with IMNN-001 in newly diagnosed advanced ovarian cancer, led by MD Anderson. In nine-patient arms, MRD-positive rates fell to 44% from 67%, ctDNA clearance rose to 87.5% vs 62.5%, and all IMNN-001 patients had no evidence of disease after frontline therapy (vs 56% control). The updates reinforce OVATION 2 signals and bolster OVATION 3 momentum, but results remain early.
