Cadence to Acquire Secure-IC, a Leader in Embedded Security IP

SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cadence (Nasdaq: CDNS) today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Secure-IC, a leading embedded security IP platform provider.
