Scanlon to Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, effective January 1, 2026. Todd K. Peters: New Vice President, Engineering
Todd K. Peters has been with California Water Service Group since 1993, and he has held various positions within the company, most recently serving as the Chief Engineering Officer. Peters brings a wealth of experience to his new role, supported by a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states including California, Hawaii, New Mexico, Texas, and Washington.
Thomas A. Scanlon: New Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer
Thomas A. Scanlon joined the California Water Service Group in 2010 and was previously the Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Marquette University and an MBA from the University of Illinois. Additionally, Scanlon is a Certified Public Accountant, bringing essential financial expertise to the leadership team.
