The Company also announced a 10% reduction in its workforce across all levels and that its Chief Operating Officer and Chief Transformation Officer were both terminated, effective immediately. On this news, Civitas' stock price fell $8.95, or 18.2%, to close at $40.35 per share on February 25, 2025, thereby injuring investors.
