The Company's units will be listed on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “EGHAU” and will begin trading on May 9, 2025. Each unit issued in the offering consists of one Class A ordinary share of the Company and one right to receive one tenth (1/10) of a Class A ordinary share upon the cons.
