(“Fold”), a pioneering bitcoin financial services company, announced that on January 23, 2025, the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) declared effective the Registration Statement on Form S-4 (“Registration Statement”) filed in connection with its proposed business combination (the “Business Combination”) with FTAC Emerald Acquisition Corp.
