Manulife has been actively investing in AI tools to embed across its workforce since the AI practice was introduced nearly ten years ago. More than 35 GenAI use cases across Canada, the U.S., and Asia have been deployed to-date, with an additional 70 GenAI use cases prioritized to be deployed by the end of 2025.
