Upon completion of the transaction, LE will become the exclusive manufacturer and seller of Royal Purple®-branded industrial products, while Calumet, Inc. ("Calumet") (NASDAQ: CLMT) will retain ownership of the consumer portion of Royal Purple and all related manufacturing assets. RPI is a leading designer and manufacturer of premium synthetic performance fluids, lubricants, and greases for diversified industrial applications.
