Gross margin in the second quarter of 2025 was 57.8%, compared with 57.3% in the first quarter of 2025 and 59.0% in the second quarter of 2024. Operating expenses in the second quarter of 2025 were $61.6 million, compared with $59.1 million in the first quarter of 2025 and $46.9 million in the second quarter of 2024. On a GAAP basis, the Company reported net income of $68.3 million, or $2.14 per diluted share, in the second quarter of 2025. This is compared with net income of $64.8 million, or $2.03 per diluted share, in the first quarter of 2025, and $45.1 million, or $ 1.41 per diluted share, in the second quarter of 2024. On a non-GAAP basis, the Company reported net income of $70.4 million, or $2.20 per diluted share, in the second quarter of 2025.
