Based on current estimates, management expects: $215 million to $227 million in revenue $1.77 to $1.97 in diluted GAAP EPS $2.02 to $2.22 in diluted non-GAAP EPS 2025 Second Quarter Results Total revenues for the second quarter of 2025 were $220 million, an increase of 3% compared with the first quarter of 2025 and an increase of 40% compared with the second quarter of 2024. Gross margin in the second quarter of 2025 was 57.8%, compared with 57.3% in the first quarter of 2025 and 59.0% in the second quarter of 2024. Operating expenses in the second quarter of 2025 were $61.6 million, compared with $59.1 million in the first quarter of 2025 and $46.9 million in the second quarter of 2024. On a GAAP basis, the Company reported net income of $68.3 million, or $2.14 per diluted share, in the second quarter of 2025. This is compared with net income of $64.8 million, or $2.03 per diluted share, in the first quarter of 2025, and $45.1 million, or $ 1.41 per diluted share, in the second quarter of 2024. On a non-GAAP basis, the Company reported net income of $70.4 million, or $2.20 per diluted share, in the second quarter of 2025. This is compared with net income of $70.0 million, or $2.18 per diluted share, in the first quarter of 2025, and $52.0 million, or $1.61 per diluted share, in the second quarter of 2024.
