The $500,000 cumulative capital investment provides an all-inclusive maternal and child health program, /PRNewswire/ -- 'Ohana Health Plan, a leading provider of government-sponsored managed care services in Hawaii and a Centene Corporation company (NYSE: CNC), today announced an additional $300,000 investment to Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies Coalition of Hawaii (HMHB Hawaii). The funding will expand 'Ohana Health Plan's "Mana 'Ohana" partnership program with HMHB Hawaii. 'Ohana Health Plan presents a check for $300,000 to Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies Coalition of Hawaii. The funding is for Mana 'Ohana, an all-inclusive maternal and child health program. Mana 'Ohana is an all-inclusive maternal and child health program that addresses key supportive elements that are directly beneficial to women members, pregnant members, and young families. The program is a community-based, person-centered, midwifery-led model of care that offers 'Ohana Health Plan members a holistic perinatal care experience. Mana 'Ohana brings social and clinical support services where people need them. "In the first year, more than 40 percent of our pregnant population received services through 'Mana 'Ohana.'
