The award was presented by Cliff Hou, senior vice president and deputy co-chief operating officer and chief information security officer of TSMC, and accepted by Ramil Yaldaei, Chief Operating Officer of Onto Innovation, during a ceremony on November 25, 2025.
Onto Innovation achieves ongoing success in integrating machine learning and predictive analytics into its metrology and inspection systems, which increases productivity for its customers.
