June 20, 2025 17:00 ET  | Source: Pioneer Acquisition Corp BROOKLYN, N.Y., June 20, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pioneer Acquisition I Corp (Nasdaq: PACHU) (the “Company”) today announced that it closed its initial public offering of 25,300,000 units at $10.00 per unit, including the issuance of 3,300,000 units as result of the underwriters’ exercise of its over-allotment option in full. The gross proceeds from the offering were $253 million before deducting underwriting discounts and estimated offering expenses. The units began trading on the Nasdaq Global Market (“Nasdaq”) under the ticker symbol “PACHU” on June 18, 2025. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one Class A ordinary share of the Company at a price of $11.50 per share. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols “PACH” and “PACHW”, respectively. The Company is a blank check company incorporated as an exempted company under the laws of the Cayman Islands, which will seek to effect a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities.  Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. acted as the sole book-running manager in the offering.
