(“Instinct Bio”) today announced that on November 12, 2025, the registration statement on Form F-4, as amended (the “Registration Statement”), in connection with Relativity’s previously announced proposed business combination (the “Business Combination”) with Instinct Brothers Co., Ltd. (“Instinct Brothers”), a vertically integrated stem cell skincare and wellness company headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, became effective.
