(“ZimVie”) (Nasdaq: ZIMV) today announced that at the special meeting of ZimVie stockholders held on October 10, 2025, the ZimVie stockholders voted to approve the acquisition of ZimVie by an affiliate of ARCHIMED (the “Merger”) pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of July 20, 2025 (the “Merger Agreement”).
