Corvex Inc., trading as MOVE, announced expansion at its Mid-Atlantic data center and a new operation at a Midwest site, boosting IT capacity from about 1.5 MW to roughly 8 MW by end-2026 and enabling ~3,000 GPUs. The buildout is funded by a $33 million private placement led by GS, MS, and OPP, increasing pro forma cash to about $55 million. With a right of first refusal on an additional 12.5 MW, MOVE could exceed 20 MW by 2027, prompting a near-term stock move.
Corvex announced that Garrett Brams, formerly Cushman & Wakefield MD, joined to lead data center sourcing and development for its AI Factory platform. The hire strengthens access to strategic sites, power, and supply, aiming to accelerate scalable GPU-accelerated AI infrastructure as demand for high-performance compute grows.
