Trevi Therapeutics has launched a public offering of 11.6 million shares at $13 each, aiming to raise approximately $150 million. This funding will likely support the development of Haduvio, its investigational therapy for chronic cough, enhancing their financial position and clinical efforts.
TRVI’s Phase 2b CORAL trial showed significant cough reduction with Haduvio. Top-line results revealed reductions of 60.2%, 53.4%, and 47.9% versus placebo. 65% of patients showed 50% cough reduction using 108 mg BID Haduvio. Statistically significant results were observed in multiple secondary endpoints. Stock declined by 10.45% at $5.83 despite positive data release.
