FAQ

Why Very Bullish?

The cash offer of $97 significantly exceeds MRUS's recent trading price, indicating strong investor demand and providing a clear exit for current shareholders at a premium, reminiscent of other successful biotech acquisitions that led to uplifts in stock price prior to closure.

How important is it?

The offer directly affects MRUS’s stock valuation and future potential, especially given the strong buyout price that reflects confidence from Genmab in MRUS’s assets.

Why Short Term?

The impact is immediate as the tender offer will influence MRUS's stock price until the offer's expiration or acceptance, similar to past tender offers that saw share prices surge until the defined deadline.

If the conditions to the consummation of the Offer are satisfied, Purchaser will commence a subsequent offering period (the “Subsequent Offering Period”) on the first business day following the Expiration Time. During the Subsequent Offering Period, Purchaser will offer to purchase additional Common Shares at the Offer Consideration, less any applicable withholding taxes and without interest, for a period of not less than 10 business days.
