SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hinge Health today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of an aggregate 13,666,000 shares of its Class A common stock, 8,522,528 of which are being sold by Hinge Health and 5,143,472 of which are being sold by certain selling stockholders (the “Selling Stockholders”), at a public offering price of $32.00 per share. In addition, the Selling Stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,049,900 shares of Class A common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on May 22, 2025, under the ticker symbol “HNGE.” The offering is expected to close on May 23, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. Hinge Health intends to use substantially all of its net proceeds from this offering to satisfy tax withholding and remittance obligations related to the net issuance of shares of its Class A and Class B common stock in connection with the vesting and settlement of certain restricted stock units and performance-based restricted stock units. Hinge Health will not receive any proceeds from any sale of shares by the Selling Stockholders.
