This includes the cities of Austin, Dallas, El Paso, Houston, San Antonio and several others. The 2026 Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) begins Oct. 15, 2025, and runs through Dec. 7, 2025. Texans who enroll by Dec. 7, 2025, will have coverage starting Jan. 1, 2026.
